Kevin Shelly

Kevin has more than 25 years of experience leading sales organizations that offer governments technology-enabled solutions to improve the services they offer.  

Throughout his career, Kevin has provided clients with enterprise software, consulting services, systems integration, security and saas solutions, always demonstrating a passion for delivering products and services that increase the effectiveness of government.

Before joining Smartmatic, he worked leading sales organizations for companies such as MarkLogic, Oracle, Xerox and Axway, acquiring an expertise in growing companies through the development of world class sales organizations that accelerate revenue.  

As Group Vice President of the Global Public Sector at MarkLogic, Kevin helped grow sales 300% from 2012 to 2016. And while SVP of Sales for Government Solutions at Xerox Services, his team sold the largest deal the company had ever signed -$1.7 billion, in 2010.

Kevin graduated from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, USA.
