We start from the overall process design of the operation, which may vary significantly from one implementation to another due to regional circumstances, laws and regulations. Then we move on to the actual design and construction of the physical site that will host the unified mobility operation, Smartmatic designs, builds, supplies, installs and maintains the technological platform. We then recruit and train the personnel required to operate each of the service functions. Ongoing support ensures continuity of efficient operations.
